Clear Path Home Advisory provides real estate counseling, advice, and strategic guidance to homeowners, renters, and potential investors in Victoria, Texas, and surrounding counties.

A. Scope of Counseling: Our services are informational and advisory in nature. We help you create a plan, identify options (selling, buying, refinancing, leasing), and connect you with appropriate third-party professionals (attorneys, lenders, inspectors, realtors, etc.).

B. Limitations: We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, a law firm, a certified public accountant (CPA), or a financial institution. Our counseling advice does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or brokerage representation. You must engage separate, licensed professionals for those specific services.

3. User Obligations

By using the Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information in all lead forms, pre-qualification forms, and during consultations.

Acknowledge that any advice or guidance received from the Counselor is for informational planning purposes only.

Indemnify and hold harmless the Counselor from any liability arising from your reliance on the advice of third-party professionals you engage based on our recommendations.

Not use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

4. Fees and Payment (If Applicable)

If you proceed beyond the initial free consultation and engage in paid counseling services, the applicable fees, payment schedules, and scope of work will be defined and agreed upon separately in a signed counseling agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including The Real Estate Roadmap guide, emails, text, graphics, logos, and materials provided through our Services, are the exclusive property of Clear Path Home Advisory and are protected by copyright laws. You may download and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit the content without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services, including all advice and materials, are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any advice or information provided.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria, Texas, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms or the Services.
